Onderon was the planet I was most excited about for the Onslaught expansion, having seen some of its jungle in "The Clone Wars" series. The team had a very good idea of how dense, and ambitious for an MMO the jungle was going to be. I was responsible for creating two of the most distinctive plants that set this planet and its vegetation apart from the rest. Following a provided concept I modeled, sculpted, baked, and textured the two sets of plants, strictly sticking to a low polycount and a very small texture size. My job in this planet also consisted of: set-dressing and propping, lighting, terrain sculpting and vertex painting, terrain painting (including pebbles and flora), VFX placement, collision, level streaming, performance optimization, and some level polish.
